As if I'll ever be able to afford a "real" computer (I still prefer 98 over XL, etc.)
Gods, did we have a beautiful light(ning) show last night... the sky was afire with bolt after bolt after bolt! No rain (until a few minutes ago *laughs*, it's raining now). Tornado sirens were going off, but if there was a tornado anywhere it happened after I went to bed.
Today is Citizenship Day and Constitution Day... go USA?

Badly need a shave and a haircut *smiles*, but one of them will have to wait, which probably means I'll be wearing a damn hat again for awhile, since once the hair hits the glasses, I can't see... as for the shaving I just have to get a moment where both my girls (Elle & Jae) aren't wanting something and I'm not already in the middle of something. It's a grizzly adams thing, I suppose, no worries. Should eventually get myself my own alarm clock so I can keep a schedule myself (plus I've always woken up better to an alarm than just naturally waking up, I have no idea why).
Elle plans on changing schools, since her current is apparantly driving her mad with their b.s., like switching teachers and mis- and lack of information.
Still have this endless headache, but oh well and so be it? Don't think there's been a day of my life I haven't had some sort of pain or problem... go figure? And, no, it's not "just parenthood," I had pain well before I had a child.
Had to re-start my POS (twice) because for some godfraggin' reason it "lost" the extended memory... how the hell it did that and how it found it again, who the frag knows... 'course I am using an old '95 platform I personally updated to a '98. It's probably dying, slowly but surely. Guess I should start saving whatever I want kept onto discs.
