(no subject)
It's Thursday, aka Bird Day, Renewal Day, and Significant Other Day, what're your weekend plans? Nothin' really on this end, that I'm aware of, anyways.
I know I didn't mention it a couple days ago, but had downloaded 5 more discs of metal *laughs*, and plan to look more up today. These are all supposed to be direct from the artist, so if they're letting me download 'em, I'm not too worried about having the Metallica-Napster backlash. And it's not via Napster anyways...
A little bit more about me (including my original post that caused the havoc), via vaslittlecrow. (Hope you don't mind again, it is a public forum). Usually I have a tendency to disagree towards good points people bring up about me, but this time I do agree ... and although I know bits and pieces of foreign languages (spanish, french, particular japanese, polish, latin, czech...), I'm nowhere close to being fluent in any of them. I did study some english vocab for a few years though and can usually rattle of the correct spellings (usually "olde english," I admit) and multiple definitions. It's fun being able to pick up accents easily, as it makes it easier to communicate at times (as I learned with 5 czech people a few years ago, they actually thought I was czech or slav because I had the accent!).
Geena Davis says on female presidency for the U.S., "So many countries have had a female head of state before us. So it is certainly time. I think it's appalling that we haven't yet. The crime is not that it's taken so long, but why haven't we done it yet?" I believe, Miss Davis, that it's called voting. And no one has voted for one (yet). Though I have a feeling this next election...?
Madonna poses provocatively, including posing topless wearing fishnet stockings, long leather gloves and holding a riding crop, while cavorting with horses on sand. Uhm, didn't she already do a "sex" book? Why are we so surprised... I mean, I'm not.
Halloween: The Missing Years, a prequel shelved many years ago, is being "refined" and filmed to make it to theatres, focusing on Myers before he was placed in a mental institution. Is 06-07 the years of horror prequels/remakes or what?
...and I swear, all it takes is a fraggin' breeze to dirty up these eye-beasties! And they are definately not easy to clean!!
