Mexico Fail #5864616546534374654131556156411656.... Guilty Until Proven Innocent...
Do you guys remember Salvador? My ex who cheated on me a bunch and I hated him blah blah (It was 7 years ago, needless to say I had totally forgiven him)? He just got sentenced to 14 years in prison for armed robbery / breaking and entering / attempted rape.
He obviously didn't do it. On my facebook page (www.facebook.com/fallywallypally) I shared a page (it's all in spanish, but still) that tells his story. He was arrested at the end of January and despite all the evidence proving his innocence, since the court is ruled incompitent if they don't punish someone (not to mention bribes and just pure fucking stupidity) he got 14 years on Tuesday, on top of the 5 months he's already spent in jail.
This is the second person I have known WELL that this has happened to. The other lady (an ex's mom) has been in jail for 3 years, accused of kidnapping (I wrote about that too, a while ago).
Jesus Christ.. what do you fucking do?
His family is extremely wealthy, so at least they know people and are getting airtime, etc, but the "law" is the law.
I've just been staring with my mouth open for about two hours.
