(no subject)
Sooooo to keep you all updated in my boring life...
I was talking to the Hazelton girl. We had somewhat decided to hang out today..But this time it was me that ended up saying no.
Then I realized that I'm scared to be in a relationship. No matter how much I think I want one, whenever I get close I get scared and distance myself. I did that to Hazelton girl this week. I had barely talked to her for two days because I just kept thinking about how much I really like to be able to do whatever I want whenever I want. Maybe it's my ex-girlfriend who really fucked my head up because I had to run everything by her, and if I really wanted to do something I'd have to hide from her and then talk to her later. Example...say I wanted to go to a bears game (I have season tickets now, so I go to every game..but this was way back when.) So instead of telling her "hey, I'm going to the bears game tonight, wanna come?" Cause that would often turn into some lame fight, I would just ignore her until I went. That's not normal. I didn't wanna bring her around cause there would always be a fight at the other end. So now I guess I just assume all relationships are like that, and that scared me away from this one.
The other part was the distance...she's up there in Hazelton, about an hour and a half away. Most weekends I go to Bears games (and at this point, I'm not willing to give them up), so it would be almost impossible to see her. I wonder if I'd still have these problems with a woman that lived in Harrisburg. I wouldn't know cause I don't meet any! Ha. Any tips? hahaha.
Another update, my new years resolutions are to go back to school and move out of the basement. There are a few options in the moving out department...We're trying to convince my friend Ahmed to buy a house and then a few of us would move in and pay his mortage. He found a house and it's really awesome. The other option is the townhouse, which is cool but no where near as awesome as having your own bad ass house, even if you're just renting out a room.
