I guess on the flip side of the coin, I'd like to take a brief opportunity to brag a bit.
Last night I plumbed the depths of madness, and played through the Endless Setlist of Rock Band 2. But not only that, I also went for the "Bladder of Steel" achievement, which means that you have to play through the entire setlist without pausing the game or failing. What that amounts to for me is singing all of the songs on the game (on expert) - all 84 of them, totaling roughly 6 hours - back to back without any breaks.
So, despite having to pull some David Blaine-level water conservation tactics (have to drink enough to be able to keep singing, but not so much that you have to go to the bathroom) and my vocal passage starting to close up by the end of the night (er... this morning, I guess), I made it through! I was literally having difficulty thinking and standing up straight by the end of it, I was so tired (it was like 5 in the morning) and mentally exhausted, but gosh darn it, I made it!
If memory serves, the final tally was something like:
5+ hours playtime
79x Gold Star
4x 5-Star
1x 4-Star (Painkiller)
4x Missed tambourine shakes (2 during Ramblin' Man, 2 during Bodhisattva)
And a steadily declining number of FCs as time went on.
Now let's not do that again. XD
