Answer N/A due to BRAIN!FAIL. OMG! I can't drop Amanda off a cliff! I can't drop Helen off a cliff! I can't drop Sam off a cliff either! Waaaah! *shortcircuits* (The shagging one would totally be Helen, though. *guh*) The *pain*! The Pain is excruciating!
2. The network execs have given you the opportunity to completely control one episode of one show, which show and what do you do with the episode?
Sanctuary. Naturally. Now, I suck at case-fic, so I'd get someone to write it for me. But there would be some sort of exciting case where Will and Helen are stranded somewhere (let's make it a tropical island because I love sunshine and water and everyone will have to wear less clothing and let's make it small so that they can't really avoid each other) with a couple played by Teryl Rothery (as a more ditzy, less Fraiser character and she's some sort of cool not-obvious abnormal and Helen "forgets" to tell Will about it) and Claudia Black (as less Vala and more dry sarcastic humor and not because I don't love Vala, I do, but because it's cool to see them play different, too) and Helen has at one point or another been involved with both of them, and perhaps both of them together (it's not made clear but definitely implied), and it's not necessarily over yet. There will be lots of action and danger and excitement and some good Helen/Will 'we're *friends* and I trust you but I'm still superior to you and not entirely comfortable with you trying to shrink me' moments and some awkward 'stuck on an island with your ex' moments. At the end they're rescued by chopper, and Will tries to talk to Helen and she pretends not to hear him, because she's a wee bit embarrassed about the ex thing, because Teryl and Claudia (who, as it turns out, had the means to save themselves, they just had to solve the Case first) have threatened promised to come visit the Sanctuary at some point in the future.
(I didn't bring Ashley back, I know. I really wanted to, but not in a crazy fun episode in the sunshine, I wanna bring Ashley back in an episode that's emotional and draining and pushes Helen to the edge (in a completely different way than two exes on an island can do it) before it get's better right at the very end and I realized I would have to choose one or the other, and I'm sorry Ashley, but lesbian exes on a tropical islands win, because if I can only have one episode then I don't trust TPTB to not take you away in the very next ep and I want you back for good...)
(and then the third option was Helen accidentally high as a kite on some sort of weird hallucinogenic plant in the jungle, and all my past obsessions making cameos as her exes only it's accidentally played out on wide screen for Will to see...)
