My anxiety has been at all sorts of levels lately (which in turn affects either my ocd or gets me depressed for a day) which can be going off a list of things:
. The fact that currently, as of recently, everyone in my house hold in unemployed, haha..
. The fact my sleeping schedule is all sorts of messed up and I can't fall asleep till 2am at least, and can't wake up till 2pm in afternoon, which makes me feel like my day was wasted.
.Some friends issues that cause me to worry.
.And of course, bills.
I been fighting it best I can but sometimes it get's hard. So I been trying to get back into exercise and walks and eating healthy, and meditating as well. 4th of July were planning to try to go down to the beach to see Fireworks, and then on the 27th where going to go to FaerieWorlds, as we usually do, so I am psyched for that.
Besides that, I have been fighting my ocd and anxiety, and finally going through box's that havn't been touched since we moved, and either putting away, throwing away, or getting rid of alot of my old stuff and papers. Now I am NOT a hoarder. Like you see that show and sure some of those people are affected by OCD, but that is not me (you can actually WALK in my house, for starters, and you wouldn't know about the untouched box's less you went into like..a tiny closet, lol). I get lazy to ever go through box's, which actually end up stressing me out, and I do have some issues of getting ride of some sentimental old stuff, but it's been feeling good to let go of what I have so far, or get rid of things (mostly papers. Like seriously, why did I PACK papers? Half the box's where just papers!! Wtf?) so yeah, that's been a fun project, especially since I came across some old stuff I been looking for for like..ever? Haha!! XD
