new semester, here i come.

today, i bought my books for the semester that is rapidly approaching. i can think of many more fun ways to blow $412. thats right. on 6 books. ah, school.
in other news, i just returned from a trip to visit family. i think i'd rather enjoy living in the north. i spent a day shopping, eating, and bumming my way through columbus, ohio by myself. the weather was perfect, snow flakes in the air, but not snowing hard enough to get me wet. my break in general was taken up by family, both here and on the trip. i got to see my cousins who i havent seen in three years, and we exchanged our share of i-cant-believe-how-grown-up-you-ares
