I'm really excited!
Niamh is back. She got me a pair of jeans from Canada! Heh.
I've had 2 really good weeks doing her job (okay maybe a few stressful days but it was worth it).
I'm talking to Hayley on msn - havent talked to her in ages. I think I'm going to call you!
Nabeel makes me feel so special - I so totally dont deserve it!
Whats bad is he's a lot like me and it sucks ... lol. He actually pointed that out and now the more I get to know him the more I feel it too. I'm starting to think its because we're both Arians? Although I personally think astrology is a load of BS. I dont know why I have this strong feeling I will break his heart ... we were at Shabbir's last Thursday (Tina and Sajid, Jolene and Raj, Shabbir, Nassir, Hashir, Nabeel and I) - we were close (lets leave it at that) and suddenly Richie's face flashes in front of me and I pushed Nabeel away ... He told me that I make him feel really good .. and about himself too and that he likes me so much and he doesnt think he would want us to be 'just friends'.
Everyone at work knows about us even Toby, the MD.
Ride to work has been pretty cool this week - Ash, this guy who works with me lives in a block close to mine and was nice enough to take me to work (I'm doing Niamh's time till she gets back, 8 am-5pm and my usual timings are 10am-7pm) he's so Afro-Americanish lol. When we chat on msn its soo fun, so much better than when we talk in person!
My scary boss isnt as scary ... he was actually quite nice these 2 weeks (a bit to the scary side today, he was pms'ing lol!!!). Early this week he asked me if I picked up any 'bad' words lol and I said "what makes you think I dont use bad language" to which he said "you're quiet" and I said "I'm still on probation" and he smiled ... he actually smiled (its a huge achievement lol) he's fake smiles most of the time but yeah I feel really good when I am able to make someone smile :) .... from the heart.
Elena told me something that made me feel really good! Apparently Monica (the girl who used to be working in my position would always run to Elena every 5 mins asking for advice and such and I hardly did that :D I probably went to her like 8-10 times in 2 weeks? She also told me she worried about me because I am very quiet (which is true but thats only because I'm scared of Steve Lubrano, the scary boss) but yeah people who know me KNOW ME, know I am not quiet at all =D
Ainsley and my sis are going out :-) he likes her a lot.
Also I will be uploading a song and posting it ASA I get it from Nabeel - I heard some guy singing it on American Idol - he was amazing I thought I would cry lol.
I've been driving a lot =D its sooo fun! Nabeel lets me drive around the PWC 'campus' (its quite big) and I had one driving session with Ash, he enjoyed it I think lol and freaked out a hell lot (he drives a Corolla - company car and its soo much easier driving his car and its soo freaking fast! I just place my leg on the accelerator and slightly press it and ZOOOOOOOOM =D fucking awesome man!).
Now the bad things -
*-*TOEFL results fucked up. I got 10 points less than what I got the last time
:( I will be applying this week *fingers crossed* (please keep your fingers crossed for me too). I will be using my old score, I wish I had gotten a higher score though :(
*-*I think I'm going to get a heart attack when the Feb phone bill comes out .... I use it wayyy too freaking much (its my company mobile) I can be in trouble for that considering I'm still on probation lol. Its defo going to be the same with March as well (1st week and already KD 31 :|)
I will be back and commenting again now that I'm going back to the reception ... no fun (I mean sitting on my ass).
Anyhoo, I've missed you lot - Hayley, Lys, Bethy, Lisa, John (I know we dont know each other so well but I think you're pretty cool!) - and everyone actually! Aline - where are you?!
This is too long I think, sorry! I'll be back soon :-) and there'll be a lot of 'Friends Only' entries too, maybe just turn this into an FO journal?
