Gunblade?

I was attacked in the street tonight. Not an overly odd occurrance, but this opponent was actually halfway formidable. Some silver-haired man claiming to be my younger brother... prattled on about his mother, and started having a seizure after I destroyed bested him. I took his weapon and left; I don't know what happened to him (don't care, either)

Sir, I thought you should know... the wolf that escaped from Shin-Ra's science department is more dangerous than everyone thinks, I'm sure... his bite caused this infection... a pretty bad one. I need to come in tomorrow to get it checked out... I could help you track Anastasia down then? I realise now how important it is that we get Blan- the wolf back.
