While innocently walking around looking for that damned girl Yuna, I ran into a woman. She acted quite fangirly (and not in a good way), but it was obvious that she was just putting on an act. It turns out she works for some government agency named 'NERV' who hunt mutants. She's convinced that the Shinra family are protecting mutants, and I felt it my duty to confirm her suspicions.
