I'm back!
Okay, to be fair, I've been back for a while now, but I've barely been around on tumblr; I have a Master's thesis to edit before my study director sends it into the inferno of Elizabethan Academia, and I've been preparing to leave for London in less than - oh god, a little less than a month now. Remember two months ago when I said I was feeling real fine about this? Yeah, now I'm more than a little stressed out.
I've had to drop out of the The Social Network bigbang - which sucks; maybe next year - but I'm still signed in for the Sherlock one, though I'm still not quite sure whether I'm going to go with a pyromaniac case!fic or genderswap S/J. I've written enough for both to be done for the deadline, but. Still balancing. (I understand there's been a lot of drama over the mod's involvement, too, while I was off trekking in the wild, and lots of people had to drop out? I missed out on all the wank, apparently.)
Or I could scrap everything and write a Pushing Daisies AU.
In other news: I have about a million Sherlock fics to catch up to, oh my god; I've been marathoning Community in between editing and this show is fucking glorious; DW is back on Sept 1st and Pond Life starts airing on Monday and I have no words to express exactly how excited I am about that; and apparently Moffat and Gatiss are coming out with the three Sherlock S3 words sometime today. (Am I the only one who's thinking it'll be some variation of Moran-Morstan-Milverton, or is that just my love for alliteration playing up?)
