Summer's Coming To a Fast End
Well This Summer has been Pretty Enteresting. Umm , my birthday party was in July. And if you're this and didnt come or get invited , I'm sorry but it wasn't the best bithday I've ever had. I had people call me and ask if they could come so they could hang out with their other friends, people were leaving to go smoke, something else big happened but you dont need to know about it, and I just felt like people werent there for me. And I realize aome of you were and I thank you but some people came and didn't seem like they'd care if I just dropped dead then and there. They were there for other people , not me, and that's what I had my part for, for people who cared about me. To end the story I cried for 3 hours after my party ended.
Horse Shows were a HUGE part of my summer. I don't know if any of you will car or not but 'll list my placings. July 13th: 4th place in Western pleause, August 7th, Parade of Champions: 2nd in Western Pleasure, 5th in western Equation, and 6th in Command Class (which is really good cause the class is open to all age groups), August 12th Fair Open Show: 2nd in Western Pleasure, 3rd in Western Equation , 3rd in The Three Legged Race and We dressed Story up as Superman for the Costume Class and We got $35 in premiums from the Fair Show. I'm really happy with how I've done so far but Equestrian Meets are coming up for school yet so our hard work is far from over. And incase you didn't know the horse I ride, his name is Story. I also bought all of my own tack: saddle, Bridle, saddle pad and blanket, brush. I paid for all of it with my own money.
Just last weekend my family went on vaction to Cheyboyga. We went up with the Wrights and I brought Emily with me. It rained most of the weekend though. On Friday we went to the Grand Hotel for Lunch, which was the highlight of my trip. It cost $10 just to stand on the porch of the Grand Hotel. Emily and i went up to the Buffet Table 4 times including Dessert and We got Virgin Strawberry Daquires to drink. We rode the whole island on our bikes. There were bike trails where we were camping and in total we probley rode 25 miles on our bikes. The trails had a bunch of tree roots and stuff too .
Band this year is going really good, our drum majors rock. Camp was good but we didnt get as much stuff done as we did my freshmen year. I don't like the whole squad thing. I like our songs though , and I know all the work for the songs except Star wars but we dont know drill for that either. Practices are goign good too. There will be even more guard practices once school starts.
Speaking of school, it starts next monday at 6:38 for me , I love zero hours, not. but we'll see how it goes. That's all for now, Oh and I might be getting a job, cleaning houses, $10 and hour.
