for the month of november
i haven't updated in a while. a loong while. i'm not addicted to livejournal like i used to be. i check it once a week. i used to check it a couple times a day. :p but that might also be due to the fact that my internet connection sucks. >:(

- turned 19. i'm no longer 18. i had my first surprise birthday party. i was quite surpised :p usually things are planned ahead of time for my birthday, but this year, i just didnt feel like doing anything too big. but it was a great birthday. i had celebrated it a week before with my parents. they bought me this pretty cake, and i finished it all by myself the following week! at midnight, jscrew-3 ahsdb ucrhk (name of our group) had surprised me with cake, balloons, and presents. since riverside sucks on stores and stuff, i got an ice cream cake, which is probably one of the best cakes i can get in riverside :p andy got me two pairs of boots, and jscrew got me a snowboard :D well, after presents and cake and such, they told me that they were all busy and couldnt do anything tomorrow. well, i got another surprise on the second night - they had prepared me a bbq. and then they got me drunk. the following weekend, andy got my another cake (a pretty one, from the bakery everyone gets their pretty cake) and celebrated my birthday again :p just this past weekend, crystal took me to cheesecake factory for my birthday. yayyy. it was happy one :)
- had the worst hangovers. i had gotten drunk on my birthday, and had the worst hangover the following day. my head was banging, and the toilet bowl was the best friend for a good six hours. six hours of throw up. and throw up of no food. it was so disgusting. i was getting hungry, and right after my first bite, i had to throw it up. i couldnt even control my throwing up. it just kept coming. to make matters worse, it was that time of the month, so i was feeling horrible alllll over.
i guess i forgot about the bad, bad hangover, because i got really drunk again. this hangover topped the last one because it lasted for a full 12 hours. throw up, throw up, & throw up, and just lots of staring into space.
- went to karaoke for jenn's birthday. shanghainese dinner. the hot pot i didnt really eat because of my hangover.
- went to las vegas for JOEY YUNG's concert. went with the jscrew-3 ahsdb ucrhk. fun,fun, and crazy tired. we left riverside at the stroke of midnight on friday. we were all excited for black friday, and arrived within 3 hours (no traffic!). we went to the fry's at vegas and lined up until 5AM. with minimal sleep, i looked like a mess that day. i was miserably sleepy at fry's, but there wasnt anything i could do. we all got in, and got free 512 mb flashdrives. it's green and pretty :) andy got a gps for under $200! so i guess there were some great deals if you're like, a technology person.
we left fry's around 6am, and went to the fashion show mall, which had NO SALES. black friday at vegas sucks, because all the stores are still selling at their original prices. we were all hungry and exhausted, so we went for dim sum in chinatown. then we went back to the motel. slept. woke up, had buffet the mirage, and then walked around, slept. the following day, we checked out of our motel, and checked into our Hotel, luxor. went for mcdonalds, went to m&m + cocacola, and then back to the hotel to get ready. changed, went to the bellagio for buffet, and then to the concert. paid $128 for our tickets, which were still pretty far back. because i'm crazy at concerts, i got front row seats and then i got a space next to the stage. i grabbed a souvenir- literally fought for it- and shook hands with her!
blah blah, we couldnt gamble, but andy & i played the slots. lost some money. and came back to riverside, where we were stuck in traffic for a good 6 hours, and finally came back monday morning of 2AM.
didnt get new clothes, except for a jacket from paul frank. :(

yay for november. i'm bankrupt (still in negative numbers) and i dont know how to survive december. no real job, and no nothing. christmas is around the corner, and i dont know if i have the money for good gifts for people. :(
