Thank you! I was um, actually a little worried about that; I haven't written any FMA in a while and sometimes I sort of feel like I'm losing my grip on Ed's characterization. >:E But if it's working, I'm happy. :)

I love Roy rescuing Ed! This fic has an almost sweet feeling to it, even though there's nothing really sweet about it. I love how little details hint at their relationship, like:

Ed starts shaking then, and Roy pulls him closer. They're in an alleyway, one that smells like trash and now like vomit, but Ed manages to get his nose into Roy's neck. He smells that annoying cologne, but it's soothing somehow.

So subtle and perfect for them.

Also.. OMG, I bet Roy's cologne smells smexy.

Thanks! And omfgggggg yes, you know Roy smells sooo good. Even when he's been hiding in a trash pile for hours there's still that Roy smell there. Mmmm.
