A Little Something I wrote
Wrote this a month or so ago:) would like to tweak it a bit and maybe turn it into a song.
Like a summer’s breeze you ran through my hair, brushed against my lips, and wrapped your self around me.
It was then I realized you already had me.
I couldn’t drag this out.
You had to be mine.
I didn’t pull out all the stops, instead I pulled out my heart.
Took all my flaws, fears, and heart ache.
Made you a presentation of all the reason’s why you should change your mind.
To my surprise you stayed.
Never phased by my darkest secrets.
This love was a pure love.
I then thought for a brief moment to just run away.
Such an honest love could not be real.
But you already had me.
From the moment I saw that crooked smile.
