(no subject)
so the interviews for the job i applied for are after the holiday, which means i'm free to have fun until then...
the red car that i drive has been cut off from the fount of parental wealth, with the exception of gas. quoth my father: "i hope you work close to home...it's gonna be hot in there, seeing as the AC died."
joy. fantastic. i can't wait to show up to work hot and grumpy, and return home sweaty, hot, grumpy, and disgruntled. best summer ever!
so in like 9 days i turn 19. what a non-birthday 19 is. oh well.
additionally, i can't wait for vacation. i had been excited because i had once thought my guy might join my fambly downey ocean, but it turns out we have the same vacations, so i won't be seeing him then afterall. more quality time with sara & the sis. now i'm just going to be excited about the beach. and that will have to do.
and then i move into my apartment(!!) which is pretty cool. then bandcamp, and cue my sophomore year of college. which includes classes that i technically can't take due to major mix-up, but i'm just going to go to class anyway, and then throw myself at the feet of my profs and beg them to let me stay.
also, looks like i'm mentoring other DiSchos in the fall, which is pretty cool. and SA looks like fun. so we shall see how it all turns out.
in other news, hot and muggy. hot = yay, muggy = eww. oh well.
