Interesting video from a healthy/raw living "guru," Daniel Vitalis. It is direct at raw foodies, but it seems to me it would be interesting to many folks. As I continue to ponder and research, I'm finding I'm agreeing much more with the "any dogma is bad, just eat what makes YOU healthy" kind of folks than the "100% raw vegan is the only way to be truly vibrantly healthy" folks. (On the other hand, there are foods - like dairy - that I really DO need to cut out of my diet if I want to feel healthy and happy.) I believe that the High-Raw-All-Vegan (HRAV) diet is extremely health-encouraging for many folks that need that kind of dual cleansing and rebuilding (which, frankly, is probably most people), but it is not a permanent solution for most people. Everyone's body is different. Anyway... on to the video. Enjoy!
