Mothers....
So I have put MY socks to the side once again and started a new pair. For my mother. How does this always happen? It never fails I start a project for myself and I get halfway through and get talked into making something for someone else! Anyways I am using the 'Fawkes' pattern again only this time using JoJoLand Melody Superwash in color #40 Blue Dream. Super soft and SO nice to work with. I'm beginning to think it's my favorite sock yarn. I've used several different brands and this is seriously the best one I've used. Pretty inexpensive as far as higher-end yarns go, only $6 a ball compared to Lorna's Laces Shepard sock being $13 for the same yardage. My mother is so spoiled...
