Briefly returned to the world of drugs in celebration of Bil's 18th, which, unsurprisingly, i remember little of, meaning of course a good time was had by all. Synthetic Culture has snuck up on me again this month, I have to go because it's the only place I can be sure of seeing Mugsy, my is he - isn't he new guitarist for Glam Noir. Aside from that my ex manager from the now defunct Gossips is guest DJ.

Have you been to Synthetic Culture? I don't recall ever seeing you there.

I haven't been, I'm not sure sure it would be my kinda place and the name makes me wonder whether it's possible to wear a face without becoming it :-)

I'm still undecided on the place, even though I go there every month... Downstairs is rock, very mean fiddler/mad ball and other twelve year old hangouts. Middle floor is somewhere between the top floor and the middle floor at Slimelight, and the top floor seems to rotate with the trad goth bottom floor and the top floor at slimelight. It's weird. They can't make up their minds.

And so I tend to wander around checking for my friends, dancing if I hear a good song, then heading back to the garden because I prefer to sit and socialise.

It's a shame I missed Slimelight, I didn't really have enough to go but all the people that make me bouncy when I see them decided to turn up. Wah. I'll be there this weekend and attempting to drag people back to mine afterwards.
