Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
She's tall for a Japanese girl; a bit taller than Homura who's 5'3 (161 cm), so maybe about 5'4 (163 cm)? Surprisingly for how much food she eats, she's quite fit and athletic, but being a Puella Magi takes up a lot of energy it seems.
2. How old is she?
It's never stated, but she's older than 14 and younger than 18. I'm going with 16.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
She stands tall and proud, always carrying herself highly.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Apart from her soul being ripped from her body, she's in top health and shape. Must be all the DDR she plays. XD
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
She moves like a dancer: aggressive but graceful. She is careful never to trip or show weakness.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
Kyoko's the kind of girl who's pretty because she is rough around the edges. The saying "she cleans up nicely" definitely applies here. XD She knows she's pretty, but doesn't really make any effort towards it.
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
She's light-skinned, and strangely without scars after years of fighting.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
Long, thick crimson hair that's kept up in a ponytail. Not that she'd let anybody touch it, but it's quite soft.
9. What color are her eyes?
The same color as her hair. Oh, anime.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Do her spear and soul gem count? She keeps the latter as a ring around her middle finger.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
She shows anger in her mouth and eyes.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Very, very casual. She usually goes around in jean short-shorts, a navel-revealing jacket and boots. Being on her own and having little care for fashion, Kyoko doesn't have many other clothes. Her Puella Magi outfit is picture as well.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
They fit quite well, and she always wears what's comfortable.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
When on the job, her outfit automatically changes to a gothic-lolita magical girl outfit.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Panties, obviously.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
It's surprisingly girly for her personality, but the tone and inclination make up for it.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
She speaks loud and proud, without hesitation and and an even pace.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
She's noted as having an odd dialect in Japanese, something reflected by her rude manner of speaking.
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
Just Japanese.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
She can't, as far as I know.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
Kyoko always thinks on the spot and fast, therefore, her words follow.
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Her speech is crude and to the point, but in more serious and dire situations, this may change.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
She's smart, but much, much more street smart than book smart. Her intelligence comes from experience rather than systematic learning.
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
Very, very much a quick thinker. She has to be.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
It's complicated. See, Kyoko thinks logically and practically, somewhat from a social-darwinistic standpoint. However, when she first became a Puella Magi, her intentions were idealistic and interaction with Sayaka has resurfaced just a tiny, tiny piece of that belief.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
It's never shown, but implied, that she was home-schooled. After that, she has had no formal education.
5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
She's quite talented at witch-hunting, magic and DDR. All three of those things are skills that she wishes to improve on.
6. Is she an introvert or an extrovert?
She is an introvert, as she prefers working alone except when circumstances dictate otherwise.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
In a word: Hot-blooded. When not cocky and confident, she is explosively angry or frustrated. There are times, however, when she can experience calmness.
8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
She's always a bit suspicious, but usually dives right into the situation without thinking ahead.
9. Is she more likely to act, or to react?

10. Which is her default: fight or flight?
Fight.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does she appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
She's probably not good at telling them herself, but a good joke is always appreciated. She likes funny people, all humor styles appreciated.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does she deal with them?
She exhibits some tendencies of food-hoarding and an obsessive eating disorder, due to trauma surrounding the lack of food when she was younger.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
Her father's homicide of her entire family has made Kyoko into the cynical person she is today.
14. What does she fear?
Helplessness, above all things.
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
Probably at this point, to keep living for herself and not becoming a witch.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
Oh, quite a few things. She doesn't want people to know of her true nature: that her soul is not a part of her and that she is little more than a zombie, in her own words. Her eventual fate is something she wants to keep secret as well.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
Her relationship with her father was very close, as Kyoko made her contracting wish for him and his cause. She still holds his ideas and person highly even after he committed the murders of her sister and mother.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
She had one sister, but the relationship is not clear. They were probably close.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
Her family stood alone.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
Kyoko is a loner through and through, and to call someone family after what happened to her own would be a huge mistake in her eyes.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Again, she is a loner. She has no friends.
6. Does she have other close friends?
N/A
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
Definitely has trouble. It seems Kyoko can't like you until she hates you first and/or tries to kill you.
8. Which does she consider more important: family or friends?
Family.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has she been married more than once?
Single.
10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Nope!
11. Who was her first crush? Who is her latest?

Someone strong, who can hold their own strength and ideals.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does she relate to them? If no, does she want any?
Too young. O_o
14. Does she have any rivals or enemies?
Sayaka, and Homura, to an extent.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does she fall on the Kinsey scale?
4, maybe? Dating and sex aren't important to her, and most boys are icky. :|
16. How does she feel about sex? How important is it to her?
Not very important. Her focus is required in other areas.
17. What are her turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
Chains. Lots of chains. And whips!
Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does she fit type?
I'm guessing it's a scorpio. XD And she fits it very well.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
She was raised as a devout Catholic, but she has not been practicing in a long time. Still, deep down, she still holds these values dear.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Her moral code is completely self-centered and selfish, something that she is proud to admit. Everything must be done for the benefit of one's self; other people's wishes are not of her concern. This cynical world view began after she was shown that her wish for her father drove him to insanity. Therefore, magic should not be used for others, as the own person's wishes are different than her own.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She's intolerant and ready to beat her beliefs into you.
5. What prejudices does she hold? Are they irrational or does she have a good reason for them?
She trash-talks idealists quite heavily, but there is reason for that.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
Quite poor and living on her own, but magic takes care of the food and living quarters.
2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?
When she was young, her father led a church and they lived quite comfortably. However, when he took on a new doctrine, the family fell into poverty after his followers left. This left them with barely enough food, and this is why Kyoko made her wish for him. After the murder of her family, Kyoko took to the streets and obsessively eats food for her family that could not.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She lives alone in her apartment, and it seems to be only used for sleeping.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
Food, when she's not stealing it, and arcade games.
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
She hunts witches as a Puella Magi, but that is not a job so much as it is her eternal fate. She does enjoy it, however.
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
Besides fighting, playing DDR in arcades and eating.
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
She eats compulsively, will eat anything, and will threaten to kill anyone who wastes food.
