(no subject)
Everything has been going really really well. James and I are happy, and its good to be able to move on and grow together as a couple again. The summer seemed like a test of true love and I know that this is where we are supposed to be - together. Once we both learned that its about giving AND taking, things began to move a little smoother. I've been helping him study for his emt test, because I know the class is really important to him and if he doesn't do well this time he is out of the class. I know he knows all the information and he's really smart with it, but the tests are just poorly written and he can't do well on them because of that. I think me studying in my free time and helping him with flash cards and what not, staying at the fire house til after midnight to study, etc. has all shown him how much I really do care..not only as a friend but as a girlfriend. I bought him a bunch of random presents and left it on his bed the other day for when he came home from work, and he brought a rose to starbucks while i was working a shift too =] . We rescheduled to see spiderman in the beginning of march, and I can't wait because the reviews are getting better and better. I saw Mary Poppins on broadway last night with my mom, susan and kaylee. Kaylee was so excited! We got the tickets as part of our christmas present and were supposed to go last month but the snow ruined it. But the show was amazing! I love broadway plays, i always want to cry in the end because they are so good lol. I cried during Aida too. I was amazed at the stage effects and mary poppins truly was magical! I don't even know how half the things happened. I definitely recommend the show! The singing was amazing, and we were all clapping along. We had seats right on the railing of the mezz, and mary poppins flew up over the audience in the end. It was great. Laura is finally back home, and its kind of weird. You can tell we definitely grew apart a little bit with her being away but hopefully things go back to normal. It just sucks to be excited about your friend coming home after six months, and for her to be wishing she was back there all the time instead of hanging with us. And when she got back we all went to dinner for Andrea, and then I didn't hear from her all week ~ but of courseeeee she hung with her boyfriend who she saw most of the time she was away in Germany anyway! So annoying. whatever. We are all going out tonight though so that should be good. And she starts back up at starbucks next week - lets see how long she lasts with Shannon ^_^. Money is starting to get tight between the puppy, car payments, etc but not enough where i need to worry or anything. I'm able to keep my accounts rather stable so thats good..just need to keep deciding whats important and worth the money and what isnt. Speaking of puppy - i love him! He is so cute and he follows me everywhere =] . Taught him to go up some of the stairs (which might not be a good thing because my mom will kill me if he goes to the bathroom up there lol) but i feel bad because his paws get slippery on the wood stairs and sometimes he slips down =[ . But he finally got the rest of his temper shots and now he can go play with James' dog abby =] . I think abby is starting to get annoyed though because oliver keeps following her around haha. thats all for nowwww
