...I had a desire to bring equality between the different social classes. I wanted to make the Empire a place where people can freely decide their own future without their social status holding them back.

There were some, but not widespread. I've only been able to change one part of the system.

Dragon is a Revolutionary trying to overthrow the World Government in my world. So far he's gotten a fair number of countries to revolt and the new rulers to cast off their allegiance to the World Government.

One part is still pretty good.

...That sounds more like the Guilds back in my world. Although they're not seeking to overthrow the Government, but create a community for those who have turned away from the Empire.

I work to change things from within the system itself.

The Empire is the law in my world. Much of the world depends on the capital for their livelihood and protection.

The Guilds on the other hand are made up of people who have defected from the Empire.

So like the World Government. Is the Empire made up of individual countries though?
