I...wanted to create a world. One free from war and conflict. I'd like to think that I could sacrifice myself for such a thing, but sometimes I have my doubts.

I know many who would want a world like that, even myself. The question is, will our efforts make enough of a difference.

I knew that creating a world like that would require absolute order. I hoped that my dedication as a soldier fighting to preserve such order would be enough to allow me to see the day when fighting was no longer necessary.

It's a similar ideal I went after. I sought for equality between the classes. No matter where your social standing was, people should have the right to decide what they want to be, if they demonstrate that they have the skill.

That's right. I served and trusted in the Imperator for the sake of that absolute order.

[...!] Actually, I believe in that too... I was born into a privileged household and I'm proud to be a part of it, but I hate to see the discrimination and injustice that social stratification brings with it.

Yes, I suppose you'd call it an autocracy; the Imperator's will is absolute. A body known as the Novus Orbis Librarium governs in accordance with the Imperator's commands.
