To all of Luceti, this is Captain Alexei speaking. I'm sure some of you have spotted a strange beasts that has appeared around our village, most likely breached the barrier to arrive here. They're just dreams, Alexei. [Since being related by marriage gives her first-name basis, in her humble opinion.] And if everyone's having them, it's probably just another Shift. The last one was too mild not to have a follow-up.

I've only received a small number of sighting reports. Nothing about attacks, so let's hope it stays that way.
