This is my 31st fiction that's gone on Ff.net. Its a miracle that mine are still up.
Lacus Clyne, now at the age of eighteen, frowned slightly as she watched her imitator try singing one of her original songs. Why would it matter to her? Maybe she would have been able to get away from all of the pain and stress that has been passing around, lately.
Mainly for Kira, that is. Lacus always worried for the younger coordinator, maybe they really did need to go away for a few days; or much rather more, in fact.
"We know this isn't you." Kira cooed, letting Lacus rest her head on his shoulder, running his hand through her long, sugar-pink strands of hair. She relaxed finally, inhaling and exhaling at her normal pace. "I know..." Kira smiled, and looked up from the screen, then from one member to the other aboard the Archangel. Spending time alone with Kira wouldn't hurt, would it?
Of course not. By all means, the two coordinators would have to be separated again; with Kira remaining on the Archangel and Lacus leaving with Eternal, going they're own separate ways. "Then why do you have a frown instead of a smile?" He asked her, loud enough for everyone to hear. "...I'm just worried. That's all, that I might not ever see you again."
"Now, now, Lacus. We'll be able to, I promise." Placing a gentle kiss amongst her lips, that tore away the small frown she once had; and she slowly nodded, "Okay, Kira, I won't worry so much."
"Good."
