i have come to the conclusion that 99% of the shit we find ourselves up against in our lives is of our own creating. at the end of the day the only person that can control your thoughts or actions is you. if you stuff up, you only have yourself to blame. the major problems arise when in your moment of misguided judgement you cause someone else shit as well.

i think i need to start taking resonsibility for my own actions a little more.
