project runway week 1
okay, so those that think im rediculous for being as obsessed with Project Runway as I am all i have to say is "im just too fierce for you."
Now that im done with that, this season is going to be quite interesting. Quite a few "prodigy"-esk designers (read PR is trying to find another Christian) and some very alternative designers. The winner this week really impressed me with her ability to take a material (vacuum bags) and instead of just using them as a fabric she designed them using bleach and food dies so that she basically designed her fabric. Others that impressed me were a dress made only of plastic cups and a kimono style dress with lettuce and tomato accents. I forgot to say this weeks challenge was using materials from a supermarket. There is a designer of rock stars that was on tonight that almost left and I really hope she does better next week. Her design ideas were great but she just didnt seem to have the heart to "make it work." thats my weekly analysis of Project Runway.
