House really didn't want to be thinking about it. He wasn't attracted to Bonnie at all, and any attraction he felt towards Wilson was primarily intellectual and, by now, well sublimated into constantly annoying the hell out of him. Still, he couldn't quite get the images Bonnie had left him with out of his head. He'd suspected, without consciously focusing on the matter, that Wilson was probably good in bed. There had to be a reason that women stayed with him, a reason they came back to him, and a reason that Wilson had never in his life had a simple, uncomplicated one-night-stand. A reason beyond Wilson's own pathological neediness, that is. And besides, a man who had been married three times had to have picked up a few tips somewhere along the way.
Still, the unconscious knowledge that Wilson was probably something more than passable in the sack was very different from the image of Wilson between Bonnie's skinny legs, Bonnie for once almost silent as she gasps and writhes. The picture in his head is far to compelling to be ignored, and House is not so noble a man that he is above jerking off to the thought of his best friend in bed with his ex-wife.
