He'd barely seen anything at all, and yet, he couldn't stop thinking about it.
It wasn't even that he was all that attracted to Wilson, and any attraction he had to House had less to do with the power of his sexuality and more to do with the power of his position. There was really no reason why seeing House and Wilson together should have affected him at all, but ...
House's hand on the back of Wilson's neck, light but possessive and clearly, unconsciously owning as Wilson's head bobbed over the other man's lap--that image wouldn't leave him, made him think back to Melanie, who'd brought candles made of solid red wax and moaned when he dripped it on her stomach and the insides of her thighs. She'd let him tie her up while he did it, hands above her head and spread out in front of him, supremely vulnerable. The red wax had looked like blood drops against her milk-white skin.
There was some double-image of the two moments in his mind--red wax on Melanie's skin and House's large hand on the back of Wilson's neck, like a word in two different languages.
