my computer finally succeeds in its suicidal rampage.
You know something can't be fixed when you smell something burning after turning it on, and hearing a small succession of pops. I realize now that those three words are the bane of a computer tech's existance, and, just as well, my own.
Looks like it's something with the motherboard fan... either way, it's not starting up. Fuuun shit.
