wait... there was a holiday?
well shucks, guess i was too busy being a total dickwad to notice.
Yip... was supposed to be in a lodge on a mountain with lots of snow, sleeping, in denver right now. Nope... my lazy, stupid ass didn't get to the airport until five minutes before my flight took off. Took five minutes to run to the gate. Obviously that wasn't happening.
Then there were about 12 people in stand-by for the next flight... more yay. Only two ofwhich got on; and then there was a family of four also awaiting to get to denver as well.
Oy vay... not a chance in hell i'll be able to sleep for short enough to wake up in three hours just to get up and see if i can get on the standby for the 6am flight...
gah... and now a conversation... useful things; when you're asked questions you might not answer, but do reguardless.
that's why journals are good things; sometimes if you really can't make sense of something, just writing it down, and reading it over does wonders.
eh, anyways... maybe i might try to pass out for an hour or two; crashing on a blow-up mattress with boots on always results in me waking up every one and a half hours wondering 'wtf'
hmm... in conclusion; i'll be pissing redbull for the rest of this weekend.
