Script log with Cray

Who: Euram and Cray
What: A less than hospitable conversation after a chance meeting.
Where: By the lake.

Cray: *he was rather bored that day and had decided to do a little training, he was near the lakeside practicing some sword strikes of his own invention, and judging by the large and even symmetrical gashes in a couple nearby trees they were quite effective...*

Euram: ::walking along the lakeside, enjoying the view and taking the time to consider things. Talking quietly to himself about nothing in particular when he heard the sounds of a sword hitting a tree, causing him to jump. The peacefulness of his outing ruined, he strode past the unknown man imperiously:: Is there nowhere without annoyance…

Cray: *he stops when he heard the voice of another, standing up straight and letting his arms fall to his sides, still holding a sword in each* ... Not in a castle this populated.

Euram: Ah! ::jumps again, as he hadn’t expected a reply:: That does not mean there should not be some areas designated for certain activities and others not. Yes…that is a fine idea, I shall bring it up with Master Thomas, along with my other plans. He will not be able to put them off forever, hahaha.

Cray: *smirks when Euram jumps. One look at the man tells him that he's definately of noble birth, and listening to him talk he could be almost as sure that he was full of himself like almost every other noble he'd met.* .. Uh... You know with so much space taken up with living quarters and shops there isn't much space left for much else. *he decides not to ask about these other ideas mentioned*

Euram: ::huffs:: All the more reason to protect the more pellucid areas from such activities that would hinder others’ enjoyment permanently. Such as ruining the surroundings by not only leaving marks upon trees but by creating such noise as to cause further audible upset.

Cray: Psh oh big deal, a couple of marks... the weather wears them down. And incase you didn't notice there are people making a hell of alot more noise than I am... *he puts his swords back in their sheaths then folds his arms, rapping his right fingers on his left metal forearm; a sign he is irritated*

Euram: Obviously you cannot be made to understand. ::Artful sigh, and starts traipsing off again::

Cray: *snorts* Maybe I just don't want to listen. Hey, before you dissappear, tell me your name, I don't think I've seen you around...

Euram: ::still bristling:: I am Euram Barows, as I have been here for quite some time now, it is you who is the stranger. It is the epitome of rudeness to not introduce yourself as well.

Cray: *puts on a noble tone, he considers it mocking but its so well practiced others might not notice* Oh, indeed, where are my manners? I'm Graham Cray... You're right; I have only been here for a couple of months...

Euram: ::notices nothing:: Well then…I shall take this devastation of the peace as mere ignorance. ::Waves his finger smirking:: Do not let it happen again now, or I shall have to bring it to Master Thomas’s attention!

Cray: *immediately drops the plummy voice at the ignorant comment, and gives a small glare in Euram's direction* Who do you think you are kid? My superior?

Euram: ::coils up at the glare:: O.n..I..You yourself stated that you are new here, it is no crime to therefore not be certain what is expected….

Cray: That doesn't make me an idiot. I know common ettiquete. There's plenty of swordsmen around here and I've seen other trees marked by blades so why the hell should I hold back?

Euram: … Why such ire? Surely it is not necessary.

Cray: Maybe if you didn't talk to me it wouldn't be... *that and he was horribly reminded of the pompous, pushy idiots he had to live beside, including his own parents*

Euram: ::cringing further back but also pouting:: It was you who made the first overtures of speech! You cannot place blame for replying. Hmpf.

Cray: Yeah, well, you didn't need to talk like you're all high and mighty. I hate that.

Euram: Wel..i…It is not my fault you did not correctly understand! Good day!

Cray: No, I understand fine, you just don't want to listen. *snorts again and glares at Euram's back*

Euram: ::spins around and flails:: Shut up! You know nothing about me! You have no right to judge! I said ‘good day’ now leave me be! ::turns back to walk off, more swiftly than before::

Cray: Yeah and the same can be said to you. You dont know me, either, r-tard *he smirks, his kid was so easy to intimidate, he wasn't even trying*

Euram: ::full tantrum:: I did nothing! It is all you!

Cray: *glares worse then before* Geez, cool down and look at yourself, throwing a hissy fit over nothing. Go stick your head in the lake and rethink yourself...

Euram: Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! It is you who are continuing to antagonize! I will take no more of it!

Cray: *smirks again* Oooohhh. Whatcho gonna do then? Stop me~?

Euram:… … … Indeed! Just you wait! Others shall hear of this! They will not be so kind as I!

Cray: Oh so you're gonna run to you buddies? Coward. Stop me yourself if you have any balls!

Euram: ..I…I will not rise to this! Oh just you wait! ::starts running off:: Yes! Your comeuppance shall come!

Cray: *having wayyyy to much fun taunting him, he runs after him, launching himself into a nearby tree then dropping deftly in his path* Then let it come now! Go on, teach me a lesson~

Euram: AHHH! ::almost falls as he scrambles back from assault::

Cray: Oh just admit it, you're a coward. I'm not even attacking and you're screaming like a girl.

Euram: I…I will admit nothing! It is your failure to not understand a warcry when you hear one! Yes…you have only moments before you are surrounded by my comrades. You had better run off now! Shoo!

Cray: Heheh, bring all the comrades you want. The more the merrier I say~ *Flexes his metal arm, though he's pretty sure Euram is telling fibs about said comrades*

Euram: ::is not happy that his bluff was called:: I shall leave you to deal with them! ::Bolts in the opposite direction with all of the speed he used to outrun armies::

Cray: *runs after him again, generally being a large man with a long stride and some pretty powerful muscles to boot he was pretty damn fast... and he had done some outrunning of his own in his time, he catches up but doesn't overtake, hoping that just showing he's not giving up might be enough to make Euram panic and fall on his ass or something equally as hilarious* Aw but that's no fun. I wanna see your so-called almighty abilities!

Euram: ::is too focused on running to hear the taunt. Manages to get back to the manor - wrinkles his nose as the lingering smell in the foyer, but gets to his room in enough time to lock it::

Cray: Pff *just lets him go and returns back to his spot feeling somewhat dissappointed*
