it's hard to enjoy the journey when you're no closer to the destination than before....

Gettin' so close :-D

Elon was this past weekend, went pretty well

200 free 1:52.56 (1st)
100 back 58.78 (2nd)
100 free 51.00 (3rd)
100 fly 57.08 (2nd)
50 free 22.41 (1st) had they counted me
100 IM 58.26 (1st) had they counted me

I was bummed out about missing my 500, but going 22 low and 58 low in those two events on sunday really gave me a good feeling about where I'm at. My knees are still tender, but I'm able to go the same speed without pushing the legs. The 200free was extremely exciting because I was barely pushing and I still got a solid time. FECCs and St Nick's are coming up, we'll see if I can push past that.

Got my class ring in the mail last week. It's making me really anxious to get out of tech and start work. On the other hand, everything's finally comfortable, so I'm not sure I want it to change (but THAT I am used to,lol).
Spring is gonna be a little stressful with BIO,EAS,CS,and two MGT classes. I'll be working constantly in the hopes that my last semester (Fall 07) will be pimperific.

Leaving for Colorado on thursday...gonna be awesome (still haven't even thought about getting ready for that trip, lol)

swim meet, times
