They made breakfast together, though it was really more like lunch, perhaps even dinner. Fernando made coffee and Sergio made the omelette. They sat together by the counter, eating and sipping coffee. They talked a bit about the weather and about football. But most importantly, they held hands.

I loved chapter 2 to this and I was extremely excited to see chapter 3.

I love all of this, I love that Fernando is so openly torn, that he is honest with himself and that he is so sure of Olalla until he sees Sergio again.

I love the morning after more than words could explain. Everything about it seems easy and it makes my heart soar.

Fernando can feel Sergio grin against him and at that moment something begins to flutter inside him. They lie in silence for a while after that.
Visualizing Sergio giving that small smile against Fernando is perfect because this is what Sergio wanted so badly and Fernando's reaction is just what he needed.
But of course, the best line is the last:
But most importantly, they held hands.
