Ok, before I watch the video, (because I'm sure it will make me cry) I must tell you that your description and warning, in their morbid blunt truthfulness, made me laugh out loud. Ok, on to the movie.

And I was right. This tore my heart to pieces.

The way you interwove his last confession with his last moments... That was surprising and so effective.

Absolutely amazing.

*insane giggles* After editing those clips of endless turmoil and abuse, I was feeling a little hysterical. I felt the need to be glib about it.

Thanks! I was really happy with how those last few frames with Felix and Gaius worked. AJ and Callis are brilliant in that scene.

Laughter is a defense mechanism, which you probably were in dire need of after compiling all these scenes together. And yes, those two guys played that scene so perfectly. It was, and I keep coming back to this word, stunning. I don't have any other way to describe it.

I feel the need to mention that I cannot stop watching this. I don't know why I keep torturing myself this way, but I continue to switch between this and Colorblind every time I get on a computer.

I also feel the need to mention that I showed this to a friend of mine, and while he still has no desire to watch BSG, both of us are now oddly obsessed with the song. :)

I'd recommend sampling some more Nick Cave then! 'No more shall we part' was the first album I bought and my obsession has been growing ever since.
