The S5 part one will likely be longer still. They just add more layers of complexity to W/J every season. *sigh* Only one more recap till next summer. What will I do with my hiatus now?
At this point, I felt sorry for Walt. Just a little bit. Not much. But it was there.
Me too. It's like playground bullying, you know? Jesse can't hang out with the cool kids unless he stops talking to his nerdy friend who nobody likes.
I wonder if Gus was ever afraid that Walt would kill Jesse... I thought Gus's 'Stay away from Pinkman' was because of this fear that Walt was planning another murder.
Wow, I never thought about it that way, but you could be right. I always thought Gus was just counting on the fact that Walt risked everything to save Jesse at the end of S3 and figuring that Walt cared too much about Jesse to consider killing him. And indeed, Walt never does consider killing Jesse, even though that was Walt's obvious go-to plan when Gus was trying to replace him with Gale. Walt chooses to poison a child before he even thinks about killing Jesse. *shakes head in wonder*
God, me too. And I want a scene between Jesse and Junior.
I wonder if it will happen this late in the story? It'd be great to just get some small moment, like two ships passing in the night, even if we don't get a big meeting. But yes, I sooo want Hank to learn about Walt calling Junior Jesse. I think Hank will probably think (at first) that Jesse is just one of Walt's many underling dealers but Junior could make him realize that Jesse is much more important to Walt.
too bad for Walt that Jesse doesn't forget anything he says.
*sigh* Poor Jesse does take it all to heart, even when Walt is just being an asshole to him for the heck of it.
Yeah, I figured it was the hospital roof. I just wondered why the roof and not the waiting room? But I guess Walt and Jesse were avoiding being seen together in public. And like I said, perfect symbolic location.
