i hate people who whine on vday. get the fuck over it. :)

i celebrated in the following ways:

heart balloon to joy.
cards & bags of candy to all my friends.

IM's to everyone on my buddy list wishing them a happy valentines day (no i didnt say vday, did i? i know my boundaries)
bags of candy to 100 residents & all the RA's & our ARD.
worked the SARAA

wow, that's really harsh and insensitive. the pressure that society puts on people to be happy with there significant other on valentines day whether it be through a different commercial every other second on tv or any other type of media, or just random banter is pretty immense and can really get people down. if your goal is to make the people you care about feel better on valentines day i don't think putting them down is the way to go about it.

thats why there is a smiley face. i have def felt left out on valentines day before. im glad that i made the people i care about feel good on valentines day..i recognized the fact that i love them:)
