(no subject)
Updating has become more of a chore rather than a hobby, lately. However, I feel like discussing my poor excuse of a life. :)
Well, I'm finished with UIC. Although I made some of the coolest friends ever, I didn't feel like I belonged there. As much as I thought I would love living in the city, it really wasn't for me. Also, they didn't offer the major I am currently pursuing -- Early Childhood Education. I'm hoping to teach, and then possibly become a director of an Early Childhood program. Either way, I have been keeping contact with two people especially, Kat and Dan, and they both live extremely close. Perks of going to a Chicago public school.
Summer, summer, summer. It doesn't really feel like summer, though. The weather is far from warm enough. I've been working basically everyday and hanging out with friends constantly. It's been tiring and relaxing at the same time.
After my sister moved out, I'm slowly moving into her old bedroom. Right now I'm anticipating my new bedroom set (a full size bed, yay!) and awaiting feedback from my mom's friend Laurie to sweep my sister's old set away. It will all come together, slowly but surely. :)
June 2nd I start summer school (bleh), but, I'm taking a humanities course which should be really simple. Not too worried about it.
