I'll just say fare the well.
So I failed my road test today.
Slightly dissapointing.
Now I have to wait for a little while to go to NYC.
Everything that has happened in the past year has tought me a lot.
Things balance out.
With unfortunate situations come fortunate ones.
This is a small one.
Something greater will come of it.
Instant Karma, The universe balancing itself, whatever anyone calls it, everything comes back to you.
I know that this and everything was supposed to happen.
Let go and let everything unfold.
I'm leaving for Ithaca in 4 days to move all my shit down and then friday moving for good.
Also, my going away party should provide some entertainment in the meantime i suppose.
Whatever, I'm happy and excited to be moving on doing something productive for the first time in a long while.
Although it sometimes feels like this was a wasted year and only depressed the hell out of me, I'm extremely grateful to everyone who has impacted me, everyone. this has been a very important life in williamsville but Letting go is for the best. I'm going to miss everything and everyone. None excluded. Petty shit aside, malicious shit aside. I have nothing negative to say about any of my experiences here. I love my friends no matter how disfunctional we are. The elitist motherfuckers we are to each other and everyone else. Although, it is true that we are better people in every aspect possible than anyone else. Perfection is a state of mind not a reality. Some of us are perfect and thats lonely a lot of the time. Learning to accept this has been difficult but entertaining and enriching to our lives. For those of us who can't commit or can't depend on ourselves or those of us who are always discontent in any situation, We are all Perfect human beings because we believe it. Putting restrictions on ourselves can prevent this state of mind. With every evolution, change, regression, we are perfect in that moment, complete, beautiful, ridiculously outrageous, perfect people. This is why I love all of you and saying goodbye will be such a mixture of emotions.
Tangent Complete.
I've had a lot of practice letting go of things in my life so this shouldn't be so bad.
Love,
Colin.
