In general, the comments section for this article is a giant clusterfuck, but this absolutely takes the cake for me:
He probably also, like many young atheist dudes, doesn’t meet many scientifically-inclined atheist women. Statistically, there just aren’t many such women.
Look, I hang out with a number of scientists and I am a lifelong atheist and this is kind of what's wrong with the "organized atheist" movement in general. The sheer number of people you'll encounter who think they're smarter and more logical than everyone else is staggering.
And those guys? Are the actual worst. I hate interacting with them. I hate their smug faces. I hate their overuse of the word "statistically."
