Debauched!
I woke up today to Cora telling me about the Earthquake in India and flipping out. Just like I had a panic attack in the “L” in Chicago when I read the headlines “Tsunami hits South Asia”. I have not been able to get through to my parents all day because of bad phone lines but I assume everything is fine. They should call on Sunday morning. Being the intern on call is not as stressful as I had imagined it to be. Just one lock out till now but when my pager beeped this afternoon, I took Marie and Rachel with me to rescue the locked out resident. The recent incident on campus has left me very fearful of venturing out alone. Sometimes, I feel I’m not paid enough for this job. Like the time I walked into a mod to put up the weekly and encountered a masturbating man. Nasty.
In other news, mod 25 had watched “Bunty aur Babli” . I love me mod! Tomorrow is Indian food night at 25..that means I have to cook. It also means I don’t have to do the dishes. YEAAAAH!!
