1. Total number of films I own on DVD/video:
Actual films (not counting bonus discs or anything like that): A rough count I get 171. Complete TV show seasons (again, rough) 35
I'm not counting VHS, I dont like them anymore. Plus I've got like a million in Kentucky that I logistically am incapable of counting.

2. The last film I bought:
Um, I guess it was The Alfred Hitchcock Signature Collection including the following films:
Strangers on a Train / North by Northwest / Dial M for Murder / Foreign Correspondent / Suspicion / The Wrong Man / Stage Fright / I Confess / Mr. and Mrs. Smith/
and also I bought Human Nature, the second film written by Charlie Kaufman, at the same time.

3. The last film I watched:
The last film I completed was Moulin Rouge (1952) starring Jose Ferrer directed by John Huston. I give it a B-.
The last film I saw anything of was the Ben Stiller/Jack Black film Envy... it didnt look that great, but Christopher Walken amused me at times. To be fair though, I only watched like 15-20 minutes.

4. Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me:
I'm not sure exactly what the question means by "mean a lot to me" so I'm just going to pick some favorites. But how about 10 instead, eh? Alright: Pulp Fiction, The Wild Bunch, Double Indemnity, The Thin Red Line, Citizen Kane, Bridge On The River Kwai, Dr. Strangelove, The Postman Always Rings Twice, Star Trek II, The Great Escape.

Aww hell, I gotta throw in the films of Wes Anderson, the Die Hard, Back to The Future and Indiana Jones trilogies for good measure.

And I refuse to pass it on.
