Kreagor proven fake

Nov 29, 2004 13:58

Thanks to swyntell (who was the first to voice suspicions about kreagor in the first place), the death of James Guy (kreagor) has been proven fake. kreagor is a creation of dragoneer.

The investigation and proof:

It all looked shady to begin with, so I checked the newspapers in and around Paw Paw, Michigan, where kreagor supposedly lived and found nothing in the obits for a James Guy in ( Read more... )

I did some searching on my own, after the second 'death' that one TallericTwo or whatever her IM name was (An Aunt of Kreagor) had informed us all about. I took the insentive to call the hospitals surronding the PawPaw area, called the funeral home where the Aunt in question had said James was buried, and I came up with incredibly inconclusive results. The only thing I could determine out of the whole incident was that Kreagor was not dead at all ( ... )

I might be more inclined to believe that if Swyntell had contacted me and given me those IP addresses up front. That is not the case, though. *I* contacted Swyntell, asked for info and walked her through extracting the IP addresses from the Yahoo mail. I then looked up the IP addresses and determined they were both coming from the Peekskill area and explained it to Swyntell.

I don't know Swyntell, Dragoneer or "Kreagor" and have no stock in any of this, other than to debunk yet another fake lj death that fits the pattern to a T.

PS The dates came from emails sent to Swyntell and they have the dates on them (see above).

Sorry, I mean the IP addresses came from emails.

I understand how the IP addresses can be taken from e-mails, LJ posts, things like that. However.

One thing you may not have known was the animosity that Swyntell, Dragonpaws, and Drace felt towards Dragoneer and Kreagor.

Also, one thing that strikes me as incredibly odd is how Swyntell, who made the post, "So, we know who you are, now remove me from the friend's list" (not a direct quote, but close enough) on Kreagor's journal, would save e-mails from said individuals from nearly three years.

Based on the past that I have witnessed, and things I have seen secondhand, it seems incredibly fishy that she would do such.

I dunno, I have emails that are older than that, totally pointless stuff I'll never need again. It's only disk space, ya know?

Question: You seem pretty sure that Kreagor is not dead, based on your own research. Where is he?

The post "So now that you're alive- remove me from your friends list" was prompted from the disgust I felt when Kreagor was miraculously resurrected after everyone blamed me for his 'death', cursed me, and threatened me... and then found out he was alive and didn't so much as even apologize to me. I was disgusted because I was sure Dennis was the same person as Kreagor, and most of all because I knew that if I was right he was playing with everyone- causing all that heartbreak and sadness just to get revenge on the people he didn't like- and to get attention. Its sick, its really sick... and I have no qualms about my disgust in such a person ( ... )

Look, I can understand your skepticism and I suppose that is a good thing. If you need any assistance to help me give you a conclusive answer one way or another, just let me know. Screenshots of old emails, etc. I'm a packrat and my old yahoo email has hundreds stored away that I haven't erased ( ... )
