Fair do's but be careful this doesn't become a place for people bearing grudges to come and attempt to cause shit for other people by flinging unfounded accusations.

I don't think it's that unreasonable to expect an apology from those who wrongly accuse people. I know I'd feel slighted.

I don't think the latest accusation was necessarily unfounded. Just looking at it on the surface there was a lot that followed the usual patterns, and we've had so many fake miscarriages lately. Trust me, no one wanted it to be fake more than I did; she and I were due right around the same time. It's a terrible, terrible thing and I think we were all hoping it was fake.

I don't think that we'll turn into a "grudge community" because our members are too smart. If you've noticed, posts that obviously fishing for drama don't get taken very seriously here (and we try to delete them quickly). In this case, I think the OP had a legitimate suspicion, it was proven incorrect and she deleted her post. IIRC she tried to post an explanation/apology and was attacked and trolled so hard by the abovementioned rule-breakers, she deleted the later post. Fair enough.

You'd know all about causing "shit for other people by flinging unfounded accusations."

The mod should ban you before you get your account and this community suspended.
