(&yes I'm still harping on about this.)
...just finding out that both damnsurfers and violetsahasrara have a habit of screening replies to posts they may not be comfortable with (case in point: violet's most recent public post, my comments are now showing up nice and grey to me (and I imagine not at all to you), and the entry in damnsurfers where I pointed out that someone else (deleted user perpetualmotion, for what that's worth) was using the same usericons.
(Edited later to add: I'm also finding a bunch of "Error: that entry does not exist" pages in limeststation's journal, and looking through old emails, a collection of replies to things that do not exist, or the replies no longer exist, or ... yes. Selective editing on someone's part.
How come someone can be so lovely through a puppet but so nasty when themselves?)

I'm not sure if I'm seeing things that aren't there, but the first is insomniac414 and the second is captioned as limeststation. Then again, y'know, darkhaired oliveskinned boys are hardly a rare occurrence, and I'm jumping on everything I see.
One thing that saddens me - both damnsurfers and limeststation had posted in either or both abuse_recovery and abusesurvivor (I know limeststation had many-a-friend find him via at least one of those)... On one hand I'm sad that some people may have identified with their problems and offered support, but on the other hand, if they made someone, just one person, feel better about themselves and their past, who is to say that is a bad thing?
