White Collar 2x07: Prisoner's Dilemma...

I thought this was the best episode this season.

It was a great joy to see Peter Burke in a t-shirt. Majorly sexy. That itself would have delighted me about this episode. But further:
  1. Elizabeth is back. And her interaction with Peter at the beginning was terrific - and steamy. Too bad her later scenes were with Mozzie, not Neal.

  2. I liked the way Peter Burke and Jack Franklin were competing as to who had the best CI - I assume 'best' means 'sexiest' here. Of course I was rooting for Neal.

  3. I really liked Neal's scam at the car dealership, getting on to the girl's computer.

  4. Love affair with Lamborghinis. I like Peter's look of glee. How does Peter ever manage to pass as a grown-up, let alone a straight-arrow FBI agent? He seems to have even Neal fooled. Not Elizabeth, though.

  5. I don't believe that Mozzie uses that place every Wednesday. It was a set-up. A set, just for Peter's sake. Easily assembled, easily disassembled.

  6. I liked Elizabeth's resignation. Something always goes wrong.

  7. With every episode, I am less enchanted by Mozzie. He's... well, he's not annoying, but I'm not seeing the intelligence or character cohesion that was there last year. His scene with Elizabeth was fun, though.

  8. Did I mention how Peter was totally hot?

  9. I loved the ongoing parallels between Franklin (and his relationship with his CI) and Burke (and Neal). For example:
Neal: C’mon, Peter. If you were on the run -
Peter: I wouldn’t go on the run.
      Neal: But if you did…
Peter: Yes, I’m sure it’d be your fault.
Though when he does go on the run, it's Franklin's fault. I liked the rapport between them.

  10. I wish there'd been more Peter/Neal banter.

  11. Where's Hughes go? I liked his boss Bancroft, but we haven't seen Hughes all season. I like Hughes. Enjoyed the ending, though, where Neal got to go to the art show with Bancroft.
