[The handwriting isn't as sharp as one might expect, but it's definitely Faize's.]

I am sorry to those of you whom I spoke to during that mysterious episode. I was not myself, for reasons I have yet to understand. To anyone who saw me after the attack, my apologies for my weakness. That was not anything anyone should have had to see.

I feel disoriented and unwell, which I presume these are side effects of my recovery. I've been resting here until I feel well enough to go back to my room and hopefully change.
