Transmission 007 - For the benefit of Mr. Faize, there will be a... wait.

Given recent events, it has occurred to me that many citizens here may have experienced a sort of "culture shock" upon their arrival here. Indeed, the technology allowed in this village can be somewhat old-fashioned or even primitive to some. While current circumstances cannot allow for great technological development in Luceti, I do not believe this must be a complete obstacle for us.

I wish to extend my hand in assistance to those of you who are seeking to replace or repair technology you've lost, as well as those who wish to learn of the possibilities the future might hold. I am aware that some of you may be more mechanical in nature as well, and I wish to extend my abilities to all of you, should the need arise. In recent days I have secured an abandoned building with which to focus on such things, and I welcome anyone who wishes to stop by. (If I am not there, I am likely at House 25.) Given the circumstances of this place, I am not entirely sure that there will be much in the way of mechanics to work on, but I am certainly open to experimenting with ideas and answering questions anyone might have. Consider this an official opening of Faize's Repair Shop.

Edward - it has been some time since we last spoke, but I do recall that you were a smith of great skill. While I am not certain at the moment that it will be necessary, I would like to formally ask if you would be able to help forge parts in the future, should the need arise. Is that alright?
