He had to be feeling the same things, but Horatio was taking his time. While her hands were quick, his were slow which made it very difficult for her to get his shirt off when she got all the buttons off.
“Horatio,” she pleads, tipping her head back while his mouth works over her neck with the same slow pace.
“Patience, Murphy,” he says against the hollow of her throat.
“Don’t have any.” She grabs at his hips and tries to pull him closer. She has missed him, missed the scent, the taste, the feel of him. Now he’s right there and he’s just teasing her. She hates it because she wants him so badly, but she likes it too. His patience builds her up, slow kisses and even slower hands make her beg and plead and tremble when he finally does take her right there against her door until she comes with his name on her lips in a long moan.
She clings to him afterwards, breathless and boneless. He kisses her temple gently and she can feel his smile while he talks. “There’s a reason it’s a virtue, you know.”
